HAID maintains records of driver conduct on the road and reports back to their customers. Some of the website's dynamic processes are as follows:

• The website accepts incident-report emails from the HAID call-center which are automatically imported into the HAID database.
  
• Customers can send their driver schedule to their account by various means: FTP, email, HTTP Post, or website forms in the account section of the website.
  
• The administration section allows HAID to manage customer information, assign decal ID numbers, manage incidents, upload vehicle data, and more.
